I wrote an email last week to address slow shipping and lack of availability of titles. I received a standard impersonal response instructing me to set my account shipping settings to speed. (They was already set up that way) also to put more titles in my queue. There are currently 32. I am lucky if I get 2 titles per week in the mail. I have had to spend money time and time again paying to rent movies in the store. I have been an active customer with Blockbuster for years. Responding with a generic email and a coupon for a free rental is just not good enough for me. I am beyond frustrated. I would like a substantial credit to my account and some human contact.
